What I check in a Magento store
- I detect Magento, the full page cache (FPC) and Varnish, and I also check the server bypassing the cache.
- Every 5 minutes I open a product page and add a product to the cart, a different one each time.
- I recognise the Magento error page ("There has been an error processing your request") and maintenance mode.
- The checkout test (shipping and payment) works on the standard Luma theme. On the Hyvä theme the test reaches the checkout page. I confirm the scope for your store after the scan.

Will the monitoring put load on my server?
You will not notice it. The home page is one request per minute, the product page and cart every 5 minutes, the checkout test every hour. That is less than the traffic of a single customer.
