The trial covers one site: a shop (Start scope) or a business website (Website scope). More sites during the trial only on request - mention it in your message. Each site is one domain with its own plan. The first site (the most expensive) is at full price, the next ones cost less.

With an active EU VAT number (I check it in VIES) I will issue an invoice without VAT, under the reverse charge. Without a number I will add 23% Polish VAT.For businesses outside the EU the service is outside the scope of Polish VAT. The number will appear on the invoice.

How I process your data

The data controller is Ithandy Stanisław Sterkowski, Kłodzka 25, 04-913 Warszawa, contact: biuro@ithandy.pl. I process the data from this form to handle your request and to conclude and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue an invoice (point (c)), to protect the form from abuse and to pursue claims (point (f)), and I send news only with your consent (point (a)). Bot protection works without tracking cookies or third-party services: I store only the rule and a hash of the IP address of a rejected submission. I delete unconfirmed requests after 7 days. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (President of UODO) or with the supervisory authority in your own country. Details are in the privacy policy.

What happens next

  1. You send the request. You get an e-mail with a confirmation link.
  2. You click the link. Your request gets a number, and you get the bank transfer details and instructions for verifying your domains.
  3. You verify your domains with a DNS record, a tag on the site or an e-mail address on the domain.
  4. I start the monitoring usually within 1 business day and send you a link to the panel. I issue the invoice after payment.

Discount for additional sites

The price of a site depends on its position in the order. I count positions from the most expensive plan:

  • 1st site: full plan price
  • 2nd-4th site: approx. 20% less
  • 5th-9th site: approx. 35% less
  • 10th-20th site: approx. 45% less

Invoice and VAT

Business in Poland: net prices + 23% VAT. EU business with an active EU VAT number: invoice without VAT (reverse charge). Business outside the EU: no Polish VAT. Private individual: gross prices including VAT.
